Johnny was born in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona, on October 27, 1990 to Jennifer Lynn Allen and John Raymond Allen, Jr. He had one older sister Joscelyn Miscelle Allen. Johnny died from sudden infant death syndrome at home in Mesa on August 19, 1991. His funeral and burial were on August 22, 1991.
