David W. Leavitt son of Edward (Eddie)Lee Verdugo and Elaine Leavitt of Prescott Arizona. David is survived by his mother and father. His Maternal Grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Leavitt his paternal grandparents Helen Nelson and Louis Verdugo, His great grand mother Tomasa Verdugo several aunts, uncles and cousins. David was under the guardianship of his Aunt Guadalupe and Uncle Jose Huerta. David died of Leukemia
