Albert P. Behan, deputy U.S. Marshal and mounted US Customs Inspector, has resigned, following four years in the service here and a number of years previously. In office he made good, being conscientious, fearless and efficient. He is a son of the late Johnny Behan, marshall at Tombstone in the boom and woolly days of the camp.
