William "George" Kishbaugh was born in Seguin, Texas.He first came to Hayden AZ in 1918. Except for a few brief interruptions such as the Great Depression, he worked as a Timekeeper for American Smelting & Refining Company. He retired in 1953 and later passed away while a resident of the Arizona Pioneer's Home in Prescott.
