The headstone says: Capt. J. C. Hunt 1st U.S. Cav., which I later found out was Capt James Clark Hunt of the Civil War.
This headstone was not in a cemetery but on a hilltop on Wagoner Rd. outside of Walnut Grove. (buried on the Cooper Ranch property.)
