DEAR FATHER
1832 - 1912
AT REST
No name on this only Gravestone at the V S RANCH burial site. After looking over Census Records and Patent Records I believe this Grave is Mr. Joseph CHAMBERLIN, b. abt. Jan. 1832 in Michigan and unknown date of Death. He lived there from 1900 to 1910 the last census. In 1880 he was living in Globe, Gila, Az. and was a Miner. He was a Widower in 1880 and had Four (4) Children living with him: Manly, 20; Freeman,15; Lucy, 14 and Elizabeth, 9. Can't find a record of death but would of been 80 in 1912. Went to Ancestry and found family records stating he was buried there.
He was living with Mr. Jose Chacon on his patented land in 1910.
