There are enscriptions of the following from left to right on the top third of the stone:
Left: the Savior with the words inscribed "my Jesus mercy"
Middle: a cloud with a cross in the center
Right: Mary with the words inscribed "Mary pray for us"

He is located near Section 12 of the cemetery (Center St entrance).
