Bill was born in East St.Louis in Illinois, in St.Claire county. He died in Mesa, AZ, in Maricopa county, he was 58 years old. He moved out of Hayden about 20+ years ago when he and my mom(Lydia Velasco Cargill) divorced.
Buried North of Clemente F. MARTINEZ (1881-1955) in Same Plot.
