This roadside grave site is the resting place for two Pleasant Valley War victims.
This is an extremely remote site, near Young, Arizona, and the pictured National Forest Roadside Marker is on a closed road. The only way to find it is by a guide who knows where it is located.
The grave site is obvious, but there are no headstones to identify the deceased. Both men were buried in a single, shallow grave.
