A cross is carve on the left end of the marker.
In lieu of a dash between the dates, there is a symbol of a dove flying over a log, which has an axe in it. Beneath the symbol are the letters "W O W".
This marker is located in the “FL” Section (Forest Lawn), Lot 179, of the cemetery. CA
