Marker is believed to read "Aqui descanza (sic) Jose de la Torre, F. (??) 19 de (unintelligible).
The "F." may stand for "fallecio" which means "died" or perhaps "Febrero" which means "February". Jose de la Torre died, according to the genealogy.az.gov website, before his son of the same name was born.
The online birth certificate states that his son was born on May 6th 1919 by which time he was already deceased. His online Draft Registration on the familysearch.org website states his birthday was January 16, 1885. So he may have died sometime between January 16th and May 6th 1919.
