She is the wife of Samuel Underwood, Mother of William, Minnie Florence, and Samuel H. Underwood.
Her parents and her immigrated to the States in 1881. Her parents are John Smith of Dudley, Stafford, England, and Frances Jackson of Lichfield, Stafford, England.
This marker is located in Section 160 near the Van Buren Entrance.
