Notes from Ileen Peterson: Virginie arrived from France on the ship La Champagne 10 July 1893, bound for Indian Territory. She married Elisi Dupire 25 November 1893 and was widowed in 1900. She married Louis DeLaHaut around 1903 and was widowed again, about 1915 in Oklahoma. She was the mother of six children. She moved to Arizona around 1924 with several of her sons and a step-son.
