Their individual names are inscribed in two seperate open books, and between the books is inscribed a picture of the LDS Mesa Arizona Temple.
Russell is the son of Samuel Henry Aston and Minnie Florence Underwood. Cecile is the daughter of George Floyd Ethington and Myrtie Lee Markwell.
They are located in the front of the mausoleum off of the 27th Ave entrance in Phoenix.
