To the right of THOMAS and below CHARLES is a round plaque which reads:
"GIFT OF LIFE
DONOR
ORGAN - EYE
TISSUE DONATION"
There are two open hands, above which is a heart, and a rosebud.
This marker is located in Section N, Lot 91, Space 8C of the cemetery. CA
