His obituary, courtesy of Legacy.com:
"Potter, Howard Francis 85 of Apache Junction passed away on Wednesday December 31st 2008. Howard was born in Tucson Arizona on July 17, 1923 and was very proud to say he was an Arizona native. Howard was a retired AOHA Hospital Administrator for 25 yrs, and National President in 1976. His hospital career took him to Denver CO, Mesa AZ, Pomona CA, Seattle WA and lastly Scottsdale AZ. After retiring he worked for East Valley Diagnostic Imaging from 1989-1999 as a courier. Howard will be missed by all who knew and loved him but we all come away with a smile knowing that his jokes, pranks, and that great smile of his will carry on. Howard is survived by his wife of 54 yrs Dorothy, daughter Nikki Faust, grandsons Jason , Joshua , Jeffre, and Jeremy Faust, along with his 5 sisters, many inlaws, nieces and nephews and the 2 brightest sparkles of his life, his 2 Great Grandchildren, Chandler Patrick Faust and Kailah Peyton Faust. The memorial service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009 at Mountain View Memorial Gardens 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ."

This marker is located on the East side of the "Center Mausoleum Feature" in Section N of the cemetery. CA
