Kathryn's Obituary:
"Wagher, Kathryn E.
Age 86, a Valley resident since 1955, died on November 17, 2011. Kathryn was born on September 18, 1925. She was a longtime member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs and served as Arizona's state president in 1980. Kathryn is a past president of Starlight Woman's Club and a founding member of Desert Jade's Woman's Club, both in Glendale, AZ. She is the widow of Dean C. Wagher and is survived by their son, Larry (Kathy); 4 grandchildren: Kim, Dane, Beth, and Kelley; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 23 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, with funeral services to follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
