Three Tewksbury family members are buried side-by-side in shallow graves marked by a single, small, red rock with a painted white cross.
The names of the family members were not recorded. The graves are thought to contain two men and one woman.
Were they victims of the Pleasant Valley War?
All members of both families were victims in one manner or another, but I am not aware of any women being killed.
The site is on private property and I only found it by being guided there by Mr. Chapman, the owner of the property.
